Maybe a silly question but sometimes I’ll see guys with a really smooth stomach above their shorts or pants, etc. and wonder if they have pubic hair below? Do all guys grow pubic hair and it’s just a matter what they do with it whether it’s trim or shave or do some not grow any at all? See example below, what are your thoughts?

Some asian ethnic groups are pretty hairless. Sometimes the man won't even be able to grow a mustache or beard. It depends on ethnic background. Whites are usually relatively hairy.

Not a silly question. Every man who has gone through puberty will grow some pubic hair. Usually it will gradually get thicker and expand in the areas it grows during puberty. Not everyone however grows the same amount or in the same pattern. The amount and even colour of pubic hair can also continue to change long after puberty into adulthood.

Most men who have gone through puberty will also grow some degree of armpit hair, again that can vary and change into adulthood.

What is vary variable however is how much other body hair a man will grow. Some are naturally very hairy all over, some can have a hairy ass, some might have a lot of thick pubes on the front but a relatively naturally smooth ass, some will have a “trail” of hair from the belly button to their pubes, for others that trail can fan out across their entire tummy. Some might have hair around their nipples and on their chest but not on their belly or back.

Again that can change with age and as you age you often end up with extra hair in new (and unwelcome) places such as the nostrils, ears, eye brows and backs of the fingers and thumbs!

Whether people trim, shave, wax or otherwise remove pubic and body hair is another thing entirely, and very much a matter of individual choice :)
Thank you, I appreciate the non-judgmental explanation. :)

I guess it depends on how a man was affected by puberty. Some men are hairless and can't grow hair for anything. Some can't grow beards or facial hair of any kind. Perhaps it's the same for pubic hair. I only know about facial hair examples. I've never really seen a naturally bald guy in the pubic region.

Body hair and pubic hair aren't quite the same thing, a treasure trail is a good indication but likewise, don't be fooled by smooth skin all the way down, I've had some wonderful afternoons munching bushes that are hairy and confined to around a cock while to body above has been milky and smooth.
