Ok so let's start this new year on the right foot. I'm turning 39 in a few months and I want to be at my best physically. We often hear that people are at their best in their 20s, but I personally feel much better now. Only thing is I've gained some fat in the last months and I wanna change that! It's no big deal, but I know I've been eating more deserts and drinking a little bit more alcohol than usual and my left shoulder has been a problem again. The tendinitis came back in September and I had to stop every exercises involving chest and shoulders. I can't say it's back to normal cause there is still discomfort with certain moves but I've been able to work my chest lightly during the holidays
So my goal in 2025 is to get to 200 lbs but being a bit leaner. I'm currently 197 so it's probably doable. Or maybe stay at around 197 but leaner...
