Plumber Chase Hunter's lunch is interrupted by an urgent call from one of his regulars, Tony DiAngelo. After Chase fixes the same urinal that keeps getting mysteriously clogged up with a dildo, Tony shamefully confesses to causing the problem himself so that he could see him. Chase decides to teach him a lesson he won't soon forget. Later, stranded Brennan Foster asks Chase to use his phone. He immediately notices that there's actually no one on the line and that Brennan is just trying to get his attention. He decides that another punishment session is due. Back at the office, a new plumber interviews with Chase. Chase impresses the importance of doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy and shows Erik first hand what proper customer service is. Meanwhile, Roman Heart calls back and demands he gets what he wants so this time he gets Chase Hunter himself to come over and take care of his... pipes.
