Today i did my weekly weight check and
165 pounds (75 Kg)
It really seems surreal how in two months i was able lo lose 33 pounds, one part was the nutriologist, and aparently my "at home experimental workout" worked quite well.
What i did?, well i just did not had the space to buy any equipment, so the only thing i had at my reach was a Dance Dance Revolution mat, i used it on the past, and i remember how tired my cousins where after 10min of playing it, so i started light with the game, 10min the first session, then 15, then 20, and so on until i was doing a full hour non stop, the first days i noticed how much stress i had on my knees, and how much my legs burn because of the jumps, so pretty much before working out/playing i did a good warm up, cause i knew i had to do it to avoid any injury.
The other thing i was doing where some simple push ups and crunches, i found some good instructional videos on youtube, that simple .
So i was doing 2 hours of workout at day, along with a strict diet that i followed perfectly ,i always measured the amounts of food with an average cooking scale, but only the saturday i did not follow the diet, i do take the diet breakfast, but in the afternoon i eat sushi, and at night eat ice cream , a hamburguer, and a can of diet coke, but of course the ice cream is properly measured, and the hambuerguer doesnt have yellow cheese, catsup, mayo or mustard, but even the junk food day was approved by the nutriologist, so it was not that bad.
The most dramatic changes in my body are how strong my legs got, the other would be the arms and chest, now i can feel and see the muscles, i still have too much body fat % on my abs, and upper core, so the noticeable changes are mild, but i do see some, but the thing im most shocked is how flexible my back is now, when i started i could barely touch the tip of my feet without bending my knees, now i can easily touch the floor with my 5 fingers, also my face has changed too, in general is "sharper", even the nose, other positive changes are that i can handle better cold.
And i noticed that i got much more agile and quick with my feet, so now i can dance fairly good.
Other odd thing i could feel was that there where days that i did feel how my body felt much softer, the nutriologist told me that it was the fat that loosen up, it was weird, one day u feel softer, other you feel a little tighter.
And an overall increase in energy trough the day.
In 4 weeks or less i will reach my goal weight of 154 (70kg) , but since i still got quite a bunch of fat %, i still have a lot of work ahead, and that will take more time to go away, but from now i also must focus on developing some muscle mass, so now i will eat more protein at day.
Now in a week, the next thing to me is the gym and running, i will start slow, maybe 2 weeks of mild workout, until i feel i can work out a little harder , and after a second adjusment to the diet, cause i lose 2 pounds this week, and this was the "gym diet adjusment", and i dont want to lose more than that each week, when i go to the gym.
Well thats was my experience so far, i will write again about it when i reach 154 pounds .
