Interesting question -but I would have to seriously say that it's impossible to answer completely accurately as I've never considered stopping to pull out a ruler anywhere near that moment!! haha. I know how big I get with a full hardon and it does look a bit larger that that (sometimes) when I come. The big thing though is that I know for sure that the mushroom head and area right below it DOES SWELL and bulge out -even quite a bit (right before I cumm)-as girls have frequently felt it and mentioned it.
