Ok it's been 15 years of lifting, and I've never been through proper bulk/cut cycles. It's probably the last thing I can work on to improve my physique naturally, other than trying different workouts or ways to work out. It's very hard to make significant progress past a certain point, and I think I've reached that point. I've always been careful of what I eat, except this last year. I just let it go, and I gained some belly fat. Nothing too important, as I must be around 20% of body fat right now, but I want to get leaner, around 15%, or a bit lower. So I'm cutting, and it has started yesterday. So far so good, except the fact that I'm sooo hungry haha. Drinking lots of water. I'll avoid any sugar, except when it's in fruits!
