luckIy I don’t go to public restrooms, and i don’t use the stalls, I only use the urinals, only if it is extremely necessary, but I’m sure as disgusting that might be, if I see a hot guy leaving the stall and I see a fresh jizz and I’m pretty sure is he’s I’ll be very turn on, I wouldn’t touch it tho… or am I ???

Great question, my guess is that it’s part of the thrill of jerking off in a public space. As hot as it might feel to do that, I don’t think I could ever do it in good conscience. I would feel bad for the person who’d have to clean it up or if a parent had to explain what it was to their child.
