    What is this screw called? (A hardware question.)

    It's m6 on one end, and m4 at the tip. I stripped the m4 end trying to remove the screw from it's base. Does anyone know what this type of screw is called and/or where I can get one? Or maybe someone knows of a hardware forum where I can post this.
