smooth stomach

Maybe a silly question but sometimes I’ll see guys with a really smooth stomach above their shorts or pants, etc. and wonder if they have pubic hair below? Do all guys grow pubic hair and it’s just a matter what they do with it whether it’s trim or shave or do some not grow any at all? See...
