I found out the bidet is not so common worldwide, thinking about it i remember demolition man scene of the 3 shells.
I really don't know the proper use of a douche bag but I guess it was personal hygiene related.

My house has the private parts water park installed after market.
What's next? Hmm I hope bidets catch on. After the great TP famine of early 2020 I was a bit shocked that alternatives were not considered. Then I was all "oh, yeah, burgerland"
Until folks get over "bathroom icky" hang ups I doubt much will improve in the states.
ETA: Fiber is a great cure for marker butt.

I never understood the panic about the toilet paper on lockdown i suffered no shortages but I had to buy a toy for a birthday on a pharmacy. First day of lockdown I was a little worried about food but then since was all open relaxed.
I found a video of an innovation based on demolition man, by the date they must developed it on pandemic.
Obviously Japan is more advanced but I must recognize the 3 shells panel is more elegant and you don't need to read kanjis. I don't know if they added the blower jet.
