In Britain in 1997 I had an extended visit. A TV show about enhancing couple’s sexuality ran every day. Don’t know who the hostess was. But to demonstrate various sexual positions a man and woman would come out, in skimpy clothes, and demonstrate. The man (in my memory, at least) was hotttttt. I couldn’t believe what Brit tv got away with. Would anyone know what that show was called ?

If this is the show, we need to narrow it down on which episode the OP was talking about... I watched the clips from this show, and it's Margi Clarke always doing an intro into alot of naked men in the shower OR interviewing them in the noods.
I don’t think it is the same show. The one I saw seemed to be all in the tv studio. A beefy hot guy in a speedo and a woman would come out and demo sexual positions. As the gal moved around on his big body, his speedo always moved, showing his bare balls . I nearly passed out every time. (I was young, not as jaded as now)
