A humble request for ID on a streamer

I really hate to do this because I know a lot of people can't stand it, but I am at a loss for who this guy is. Found him on a ThisVid video and I have crawled the clip and any mention of anything to try and figure out who it is.

Maybe you guys have seen him around and can let me know!
