That is for sure a fake, the twitter is tagged from Texas and I 90% believe he never left Europe. From what I've seen on his insta he's originally from Ireland and some of is post are tagged in the UK and you can clearly see that most of the restaurants he goes to are in Spanish.

Also, all the pictures on that twitter looks like old Instagram posts that he deleted.
