Was circumcised a few years ago due to phimosis. Went for a private circumcision rather than wait for the NHS. Happy with the result. Would probably say moderately high, but quite tight. Recovery was also a lot better than expected.

Circumcised 7 years ago. Wish I’d done it decades earlier. High and tight cut with frenulum removal exactly what I wanted.
Glad youre happy with it; you tried both and ended up with your preference. I was circumcised as a preteen, and it was a traumatic experience for me. so i always wondered what it would have been like if I uncut. Like I have severe uncut jealousy so wish I had both experiences and decided for myself somehow lol.
I went for a circumcision one and a half years ago because of a tight frenulum and a long foreskin which in combination was uncomfortable.
The healing process wasn't a big deal, not painful at all. I like the result, think it looks better than before. Although sensitivity has changed it still feels good

Well, for most of my life I was told that I was born premature and the hospital wouldn't do the circumcision. But recently found out that I was a lie. My mother had an affair and I was the result of that. I wasn't actually born early but I guess she told everyone that to make it seem more plausible that I was her husband's son. And I wasn't cut since I guess her husband wasn't. But I got cut at 19 when I was away at college. I always hated being uncut and turns out my real father is. So I guess in nature vs nurture, nature won.
circumcised a few years back due to phimosis - through the NHS in the UK, can't say I'm happy with the result and have been fighting with my GP and urology departments to fix the first surgeons mess, bad stitching left some awful bumps and he didn't remove quite enough, it almost looks like a partial circumcision was done and it's just not quite "right"

I was scared to go pee so I would hold it in, but this only made the inevitable pee even worse, and the infections last longer. The only solution which helped slightly, was to pee in a tub full of cold water. But not ideal, for lots of reasons. Timing, and I happen to live in Scotland. It's cold during the SUMMER here, lol. Never mind the winter.
Had those UTIs from infancy until I finally had the snip. Not had a single one since. (btw, nothing to do with hygiene or other factors. My mother tried everything.
I love the NHS, best thing we have in our country. But boy, do they drag their heels on circumcision. I should have had it a decade earlier than I had it. But instead, I had countless days of tears and pain, and sleepless nights.
As for the circumcision itself - I am happy with the results. It was a bit of a shock at first, I had no knowledge really of what circumcision was. But I soon grew used to it, and I'm happy with it.

I was cut at birth and it took me a while, like until middle school, to realize some of the other boys had a foreskin. There were several in the gym class so it became no big deal. The next check-up half a year later, he was on holidays and I talked to his colleague, who said it needs to be done now. I got one of those information forms that you need to sign and he drew an image of the procedure on the back. He explained that they were taking off the foreskin and leaving the shaft skin and that they would keep the frenulum and rearrange it.
I was a bit taken aback by the pressure of having surgery the same week but then went for it. I went to the hospital and was put to sleep. When I woke up again I had a tight bandage around my penis. The next hours I had some problems with bleeding and the doc checked it and then I went home.
I had a check-up a day later and one week later, when the doc advised me to leave the bandage off. I took the stitches out myself 11 to 14 days after the surgery but still had some bleeding at the frenulum area for another 1,5 weeks and then it was completely pain free.
I started masturbating quite quickly after that and having sex 1,5 months after surgery. The first 6 months, the head was still hypersensitive but that went away.
