age verification problem on OF

I live in France and this monring I tried to open OF but I was asked to start an age verification process, I tried to start but the process does not start, as if the the page were blocked …

Am I the only one having this problem ?

it's honestly so annoying especially when you know damn well you're an adult you get asked for an age verification, but have you tried using a different browser ? or a vpn?

I managed to pass the "yoti test" ONCE (yesterday)
but then again this morning ???
this morning, yoti refuse my face ID

I cannot access my account to cancel my subs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I passed the Yoti test both on my phone and on my laptop … let's see if I'm asked again next days

I finally could access ONCE (another yoti -- 5 tries !!!!)

I HAD TO "un-renew" the subs (two subs)

If this is not stopped , OF is completely out of france....

Update, my account got deleted cause I was never able to prove that I am an adult and now I'm trying to contact them

Same experience here : could just access once and canceled all my subscriptions. Had long discussion with the support, they even provided me with a « special and highly confidential link » but it still leads to Yoti which never detects me… they lost a customer
