Don’t know about using it to maintain growth but I’ve been using aloe on my penis head twice a day for about a year. I’m cut and noticed the head was getting dry and rough. The aloe made it smooth and more sensitive again. Just be careful as you might react to the aloe, try it some place less sensitive first!
