I have heard of tops like Arsenal and PRK from going viral for "gutting a bottom out" and I wonder why this is normal.

I think this and all of the other replies are spot on. Its a fantasy to play up to a specific audience that will keep paying and consuming. You only have to look to his scene with Rhyheim where he does not do any of that, its much more sexual and engaging:
