Ok may be a stupid question as I am not an expert in female body. I recently spent time with a petite woman. We have been messing around with oral, handjobs, etc. When eating her pussy and fingering her, I feel she is unusually small, soaking wet so I know she is aroused and has orgasms but feels like her vagina is surrounded by bone. So not like she would stretch to accommodate. We have not tried intercourse yet but I am certain it would not work. I think she is fairly limited in her experience. Is there something I should recommend she get checked out for? My best guess is she has narrow pubic bones? Maybe nothing wrong but just won’t accommodate some men?

Ok. Anatomy is a big part of my day to day work.

The vagina is indeed surrounded by bone.

The pelvis has foramen, which are openings, and the word is used body wide.

In this picture, we are viewing from slightly above.
The foramen has muscle, ligaments, tendons and the vagina and rectum.
It’s a busy place!

If the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons) and musculature are rigid, there’s going to be a sensation of not a lot of room.

Okay. Most women 21+ have had (or should have had) a pelvic exam. Maybe ask her how that went for her and if they had "challenges" with the procedure.
That must be an American thing as I most definitely have never had a pelvic exam nor heard of such a thing

I'm not sure about other countries, but the ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) has always recommended it.

In 2014 the American College of Physicians — an influential group of internal medicine specialists — issued a recommendation against routine pelvic examinations for women who aren't pregnant and have no unusual risk for or symptoms of pelvic diseases. However, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) has stood by its longstanding policy recommendation — annual pelvic exams for women ages 21 and older — based on expert opinion. In March 2017, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force — the pre-eminent medical guidelines organization — ruled that there is insufficient evidence to recommend either for or against annual screenings.

Very helpful.
