The issue is rewiring your prostate and pleasure pathways I think.... I’ve tried to aneros for a really long time... never had one of those shaking full body orgasms.

I have used one for more than a year with no results as described on the website. I’ve inserted it and try to make it massage me but nothing. If i manually move it around i can make precum appear but that’s about it

If you are looking for a great prostate massager you might want to try lelo Loki wave or some other prostate massagers. I've never heard anything good about aneros massager.

I have one that is a vibrating prostate massager that is decent and provides a very intense orgasm. It's not the Loki wave but I'm planning on investing in one as well and some other prostate massagers. I can't think of the name of the massager I have. It can be a bit difficult to use but the loki wave looks like it should be easier to use.

Here's a pic of one I've used that is decent as far as giving leg shaking prostate orgasms. It ttakes some getting used to but usually in less than five minutes I'm leaking pre cum.

Good luck on your venture to having prostate orgasms. I like the one I have because it vibrates several different speeds and I usually move it around on my prostate to make sure I'm massaging my whole prostate.

Lots of kegels. I set aside a half hour or so every week to lay down with my helix in and breathe deeply. It was almost like meditation

I agree that it does take practice and patience to get to a place where it's an enjoyable sensation. I have a vibrating massager that I use occasionally but it's not an Aneros

The problem with the vibrating massagers, IMO, is that it covers the subtle sensations you are trying to cultivate for prostate reaction.
