When you are only compound lifting heavy weight 3 days a week and then hiit training 2 days a week with jumprope with a sedentary job what should you put in the activity factor for online calculators? Im conflicted about this. Im 22 5" 8" apparently 200 pounds (some of it has got to be from muscle because theres no way Im that big for my height) Im just trying to lose my fat and keep my muscle. Thats all. The most consistent number I got was 2300 for weight loss but I feel like thats too much so I play it safe with 1800-1900. Anything helps. Thanks!
