I’ve been reminiscing about the websites of the late 90’s/early 2000’s and there’s one in particular that I can’t seem to remember the name of or find remnants of. I remember the word “casting” was in the title. The premise was this guy would have guys come to his apartment and interview/audition to be in porn videos. He would often get involved with them. I’m pretty sure he was Canadian and based in Montreal or Toronto. I want to say he had bleached blonde tips/highlights and he was uncut. Does this ring a bell?

I don't recall what the servicer looked like, but Str8casting or something like that comes to mind. You should ask/browse around Straight Guys Serviced. I'm sure they'll know if there aren't just some throwbacks already there.
I think you're talking about "boyscasting." The main guy was called Bruce and he wasn't really "conventionally" attractive, ie, not a perfect body or gorgeous model face. I've always been more attracted to guys who aren't gym bunny model gorgeous, and he also seemed to be kind of a dog which I also found kinda hot. Had a wide variety of guys "interviewing." Videos are hard to find these days.
