I am 22 and for the last few days I have been hanging out with this Arab guy. He’s my age and we work together as interns at the same company. Last night I went out with him and a friend of mine (girl) and then he invited us to his place (after midnight), so we went there to drink and smoke cigarettes. By his posture and the way he looks at me, I could swear that he is interested in me, but that’s how far it goes. He even asked me to go smoke cigarettes out on the balcony with him, and told my friend that she does not have to come out with us if she is cold. There are a lot of subtle signs that make me think that he is gay and he might like me, but then he told me that he’s into football and he even plays football. From my experience, all of the guys who are into football are straight, so that makes me think that he might not be gay. How can I know if he is gay and if he is interested in me? I know this is vague, but I really like him and I’d like to be on the clear before I get hurt.

Yeah, football has nothing to do with really. Lots of totally masculine football players are into guys. I had a hot football player back in high school ask if I wanted to suck his dick. That doesn't necessarily mean was was gay but I'm betting at least bi.

Playing football (I’m assuming you mean European) has nothing to do with being straight. I have fuck buddies who are or were playing in actual football leagues. It has nothing to do with being gay/straight. I understand you can’t just come out to him but try and talk about body goals and show him pics of hot guys (as gym inspirations) and see what his reaction is. With you luck
