Are there any circumcised guys in San Francisco?

I have no idea why in that city it is impossible to find a man with a penis that isn't uncut. You could stereotype relatively accurately that men who are Latino or Eastern European are just about 100% uncircumcised, but I'm just bewildered that your all-American looking caucasian men from that city in particular are over 90% intact.

I have zero interest - and please read those four words again - in having this thread turn into a cut / uncut debate. As a cut guy, I'm simply comfortable being with men intimately who are also cut, and don't know why it is that this city in particular - and it's been like this there for decades - seemingly has either a Jewish population of zero, or has a law in place to prevent infants from having that surgery.

Just like sexual orientation, cut/uncut status is a continuum, sort of. I'm technically uncut but you wouldn't know it when I'm hard. Even when soft, most of my head is exposed.

Circumcision continues to decline in popularity in the US. Better get used to it.
