Are these guys brothers?

Im a bit confused about these guys. They look very similar to me but their names are Ramon Mendez and Antonio Jacques. Am I the only one who thinks they look like twins? You can watch them in action here (the curious thing is that the other guy in the scene is called Alvaro Mendez...)
