I couldn't find a thread despite running a search for 'artistic nudes', 'subtle nudity' and 'silhouette nude'. Even on other threads, I usually find that there are pictures that don't exactly seem very realistic representations of the nude male figure.
Hence, this thread. What I would hope for us to have here is both
1. nude male artworks (such as, paintings or photographs of sculpture etc.) that are obviously beautiful but not exaggerated (i.e. proportions are realistic) and
2. photographs of actual models that are what you may think of as, extraordinary in terms of photographic aesthetic, but also preferably subtle. e.g. silhouettes or faceless photos, that leave something to the viewer's imagination
The subject of the photography can be a nude/semi-nude man all by himself or engaged in sex with someone. The subtler, the better, I would say. Subtle, or incomplete. As opposed to in-your-face and all-revealing. Nude portraits of famous sexy men would be fun too
You can caption the photos, if you like, however you want. I like to make mine a tad imaginative and literary (or so I think), but no one need like my way and can and should, by all means, do it their own way.
