I am by nature a natural born skeptic, people such as Austin Mahone prove that part of my psyche. I have an acronym for it, "FOSA,"= Full of shite asshole. They spew tons of it promising a grandiose array of himself until we figure out what a proverbial snake-oil salesman he is.

He's skirting the line of technical legal deceit. But he his absolutely being shady/shitty.
The majority of the performers on OF are doing that. Yet we continue to buy. I no longer blame the performer it is the consumers gulibilty that is continuing to allow this system to proceed. It is really simple, quite buying and subscribing.

Oooohh, then it's okay. Sorry my bad

Genuinely baffled why we just keep getting those scammers get away with their bullshitting. Would not accept that if it was my money but i guess some of you just have too much money to play around with to care. Good for you i guess.

But he's been called out online countless times now for doing the same thing, yet people are still throwing money at him.

Calling him out and warning others is really all anyone can do, no?

Well, my initial post about pressing some sort of legal charges was actually serious.

If I post an ad where I sell my PS5 and someone pays me money for it, but i just send a box with a brick in it, the person receiving it would rightfully be pissed and feel deceived. Don't think they would think 'oh well poor me, next time more luck', but they would come for my ass to get their money back at least and make sure I don't do something like that again.

Why do we just accept it with OF creators and their emmpty promises and downright lies?
Just because it's about less money than my example of a PS5, it's still someone's hard-earned money. Having an OF is a responsibility to deliver what you promise. There is a little bit of grey area that's open for some interpretation to play around the truth but so many creators cross the line by a whole ass mile.

And since they never feel consequences they happily continue with their scams and feel validated in their way of business. It's fucking toxic and wrong. And 'we' all keep it alive by not taking a stand to them.

I am not a lawyer and have never needed one, but I imagine most pople here looking for free nudes would not spend the money on a lawyer to recover $25.00 or would want the public attention suing a "celebrity" over nude content would bring to them. Though I guess if someone is too dumb to know Austin is not being honest is probably not thinking about the effects fo becoming that horny guy with more money than sense in the media.

The real problem is the OnlyFans platform itself. Everyone would need to boycott OF completely to make any kind of positive change when it comes performers outright lying about their content.

The reason these creators feel so comfortable lying and ripping people off is because they know they will be protected by the platform's warped policies.

OnlyFans care more about keeping their 20% than delivering a good service so they're the ones enabling it to happen.

And I don't know about you, but I don't see their platform going down anytime soon.

It's not in OFs best interest to crack down on shady models. They should, but they get their cut of the $$$ from the scams so why should they care. As for taking actual legal action, good luck and let us know how that works out for you.

Couldn’t agree with you more. I deleted my OF account and don’t subscribe to anyone. If it shows up on here great. I don’t ask or beg for it. I am taking a stand but I am one person. There are way too many that fall for it and pay. And to your point until it hits their pocketbook nothing will change.

This is a false equivalency & would not hold up in court.

Posting an ad where you distinctly & clearly promise a PS5 is not the same thing as advertising a mystery product with suggestive language. The former is a clear promise for a specific item. The latter is suggestive language for an unknown mystery product, with no clear promise or specificity. There’s centuries of precedent that advertising language isn’t literal.

Also, considering that there is public record on TMZ of Austin saying he’ll NEVER do full nudity, a competent lawyer could easily mount a defense using that: it should be a given that he’ll never post nudity, his captions never directly promise nudity, & a buyer should do their due diligence.

Here’s the thing: I certainly agree that the page has become an obvious & aggressive cash-grab & that everyone should stay clear of it. That said, he said he won’t ever be nude, the people running the page are so aggressive that they’d charge you to scroll down if they could, & there’s a large amount of information on social media & porn forums confirming this. At what point do you have to take personal accountability for throwing away your money on a fantasy that you’re projecting?

Also, I don’t think anyone here accepts this crap. Most of us have long since moved on & don’t waste our money on his page. I personally only follow THREE people on Onlyfans, and they DELIVER the content! And I really only follow them because I think they deserve to be compensated for the hard work they put into making great content.

I will not be someone’s ATM, though. And maybe the people tossing money at Austin’s page should learn that.
