Not unless you wanna be locked up and bribed by the Police to be released. Nude bathing on a public beach is illegal in Indonesia. I watched a German couple get arrested about 5 years ago on a very quiet beach on the other side of the Island from the tourists.

Bali is open-minded. But Bali is part of Indonesia. Which has traditional culture and east culture which nude in public is a big no no. Why do you wanna come to Bali just to be nude in public?
