I'm new here but am not new to ball stretching. I used leather stretchers for over ten years, and now I've recently switched to weights. What a difference. The gains are happening fast. Seems like just a few months ago I was able to only put on 140mm of weights and now I am at 160mm. I don't know when I'll eventually stop, but my goal is to be able to stretch them past my knees.
I'm screwed if short shorts come back into fashion, that's for sure!
