I love watching old the 3 Stooges movies. But though they hit, slapped, smacked and kicked each other consistently, they never struck each others tentacles. I know it is what the OP enjoys; but there is a danger of permanent damage. Worst possible scenario would be damage requiring medical attention. I would guess being placed under local anesthetic, while a surgeon used a scalpel to drain blood or other fluid would not be enjoyable

I don't find him attractive or have any interest in him in that way.

Don’t think that makes him bi, he probably just doesn’t think much about it.
