I think the current thinking around jelqing as main way to increase size is false. I think jelqing is likely to reduce size. I believe the way to increase size is to have a healthy penis and let sleep erections do the work. Sleep erections last 2hrs each night. This is due to changes in the nervous system during sleep. I really don't think any of this is true. "sleep erections" are sporadic in duration and can happen three to five times on average a night in a healthy person, usually towards the end of the sleep cycle. Mental health affects it more than weight or masturbation habits.

According to your theory I should be hung like a porn star. From the time I was 18 I never weighed more than 125 - 150 lbs until six years ago. At 5'9 and 125 lbs I had no body fat, but my dick never got any longer than the 7 - 7.5 inches that it's always been. At 150 lbs still no body fat. Lean mean fucking machine, still no gain in length. That's where the purpose of stretchers come in (to help stretch the muscle), and methods to force more blood into the penis beyond it's regular capacity (pumping, jelqs, etc).

Being thin definitely helps with health and visuals, but it's not the path to actually growing the dick.

I'm not sure about using 100% of the penis, but that sounds similar in concept of improving your erection quality. Cardio and reducing stress (there may be supplements also) to help with improving blood flow should help here.

As i say if the aim of jelqing is to increase blood flow - why are you not concentrating on just getting thin as that is number one way to increase blood flow during the only time in the day where you have longlasting erections - the 2hr sleep erections.

Jelqing is safe you cant use too much force though. Jelq workout and eat healthy you can gain an inch in length and half inch in girth after a year or so with proper warm up.
