So I got to say, I do think they are Going There with Ben and Jed, right? I really think they are. But there is also no hetero explanation for the million heartfelt conversations that M.G. and Ethan have about friendship every other episode.

true and Ethan was literally looking at MG's lips during a lunch table scene but they're still stuck on that basic storyline of them pining after the same girl when they clearly have more chemistry with each other than either does with Lizzie.

Also at least Ben (the character) is actually an out gay character so it makes it more likely something could happen between him and Jed.

At this point I would take ANY relationship over the never ending saga of Hope & Landon.

A Ben and Jed story would be preferable though. Who else better to tame a wolf but an immortal indestructible demi-God? Besides, I've already seen the homophobic-lite fangirls bunker down on the "it's just a bromance" argument, so it would be nice to watch their heads explode when Ben and Jed give us a make out scene.

Also hope they don't "kill" Ben off. Even if he's not a romantic interest for Jed (which he is), he is nice eye candy and a intresting character.

Ben and Jed are definitely happening. There was some casting call for Ben that confirmed it I saw on Twitter. Usually with legacies they don’t kill off characters— like ever. So I hope they do these two and then can’t ever go back and they’re a legitimate couple for the remainder of the show. In all the TVDU shows, there was only 1 gay/bi male main character and they really need to represent more with this

While I agree that they are going to happen, I wouldn't say just yet that Legacies wouldn't kill off any characters. The Vampire Diaries universe is definitely known for killing off non-main characters.
