Just back from a recent work trip to Belgium. Urinals don't seem to be a great place for cruising in Belgium--I did not see one dividerless urinal the entire time in Belgium.

In & around Antwerp i know of only 2, there used to be a place at Linkerouver on the Blancefloerlaan behind the park & ride that used to be busy day & night but about 2 years ago the police killed the place with a lot of control including using drones to entrap guys fucking around in the bushes, they later claimed it was for cutting down prostitution but everyone knew it was pure discrimination against gay & bisexual men that frequented the place.

A 2nd option would be the city park in Antwerp esp at night when it gets dark, lots of bushes to have sex, just be discreet because normal people use this park too including dog walkers etc. The police do patrol sometimes at night with big lights on.

As always any outside cruising be aware of drunk people of aggressive people & stay away from them.
