Best permanent girth enlargement procedure?

Hello everyone, I’m new to the boards here and I have been doing a lot of digging around lately but having a tough time finding out a up to date safer method for permanent Girth enchantment injections.after reading reviews on the board I have been getting mixed answers with positives of techniques used aswell as horror stories which is hard for me to build confidence to find the right method for permanent Girth enlargement. I was about to do a platinum procedure x2 Girth and x1 gland enlargement by dr.Loria in the USA. But after more research I have found out that the silicon injection method he does is not good and considered a ticking time bomb of when complications will arise. Since silicon was never meant to be injected in the penis of large amount of CCs especially when he is not a board certified doctor or a real cosmetic doctor… so it has turned me away from his clinic. So now I reach out to you guys if you could help me get some advice and knowledge of which procedures are the best today that are safer and permanent with good results and reviews and clinical data of years ago of the procedures that have been done. I’m located in Toronto canada and am willing to travel to the right clinic to get what I’m looking for done. As of now these are my measurement stats roughly of the sizing I have now:

Rough measurements are
Flaccid length 4-5inch
Flaccid Girth 4.5inch
Erect length 6.5 Inch
Erect Girth 5inch

Please help me out here would be greatly appreciated.

All I can say is avoid liquid silicone and I'd personally stay the hell away from a rigid implant.

I personally have had PMMA injections and plan on getting more. Nothing is perfect however. In general, legitimate dermal fillers are your safest and least invasive option ranging from temporary to semi permanent to permanent.

How much girth increase did you get from the PMMA? And are you happy with the results you got? Also where have you had it done?

I had silicone injection over a year ago with great results. Big debate between PMMA and what I did. Both camps say to absolutely not do the other. I went to Dr Kane here in Houston. Any procedure to make the penis bigger has risks. Much , MUCH less with the temporary dermal fillers. If you’re doing any permanent solution, you will be taking a risk, no doubt. There is also a large thread here “success with Dr Loria” that has a ton of guys that did silicone. Good resource.

The answer is Jelqing. End of story. No device, no technique comes close to the boring, not monetizationable jelqing.

It's free, it takes physical exertion and work but it works.

It has darkened up over time the almost 4 years that I have been using a vacuum chamber. I get no complaints about the quality of my erections from my partners I do have a little size reduction when I am lying on my back and my partners are using my tool while they’re on top, but that is it. I believe it has more to do with my age than anything else as I am now 68. I have managed to increase the girth around the shaft from just behind the head which prior to using the vacuum cylinder was fairly undeveloped until about halfway down the shaft. Using the vacuum cylinder has enlarged that portion of my shaft.
I am very pleased with the results after almost 4 years.

I’ve had HA done in NYC. Girth increase of about 2” after 25 mg injected. (I hope that’s the correct unit of measurement). Going for another 5-10 after about 18 months.

But does HA add to your rock hard girth? Or is it more like making the outer soft layer of skin thicker? I have never heard anyone describe the results in detail. Looks scary btw!
