Best way to clean hole before getting fucked?

I always use Fleet before getting fucked. Just wonder maybe there is a better way to clean... any suggestions?

Although with the latter, I've never quite understood how you deal with, um, "larger" remnants of waste material without removing the stopper assembly from your shower drain as well. But it seems to work for lots of people.

Over the years I learned that Some guys really really like seeing me use it. Some even like controlling the clamp and running it into me themselves. It depends on the guy for me, because it it a very personal and intimate process.

everyones different but a good diet with lots of fruits and veggies is key
then take a good dump within a few hours of your p[lay time

then when you're ready for a clean out, just use a fleet enema but empty
the stuff that comes with it. use warm water instead. and do it a bunch of
times until the water runs clear. be relaxed when you do this. hot bath or
a nice long shower helps me.

the trick with enemas is to not put too much water in there.
if you do, you stimulate the upper colon and it does its thing
and brings down more doo doo that keeps coming. not good haha!

and it explained it perfectly.

I used to have a shower system connected but found that it was way too easy to feel up with water and cause the process to be much longer. I much prefer the hand held bulb. A few flushes with my hand held is all I need and I'm good to go. Always leave a 30 minute window of space between the time you douche and the time you get penetrated to allow most of the water to absorb or come out. If you want to prepare hours in advance you can go to a drugstore like CVS or Walgreens and get something called magnesium citrate which is an over the counter laxative. Drink up and allow it to flush you and follow with some douching as well to clear any remaining at the end of the colon.

Its not complicated. Bulb douch, maybe loosen up with a dildo or a finger before and thats it. There is going to be some nastiness during the cleaning process..... but its worth it

Good to hear you've found an acceptable alternative, Headhunter. My own experience has been different.

I've found this to be very simple to regulate; it's not too difficult to keep the amount of water inserted under control with the shower method. This is described in the "How To Clean Your Ass" pictogram shown above. Keep to that and you're golden. It's simple, easy and pretty accurate.

Set the water flow to get that 5" (12cm) height and you have your expected volume set. Insert and count to 5 or 6 seconds (One banana, two bananas...) and stop filling. Once you get those two easy steps into your regular process, you're good to go and won't overfill.

I also use a long silicone tube (see image) as my nozzle so that if I ever DO want to clean further inside, I can just keep feeding that in (it's 18" long) and I'm specifically filling up the point past the sigmoid corner. Besides, it a fuck of a lot more comfortable than a hard plastic pipe.

here's my set-up. The silicone enema hose I found on AliExpress. The remaining hardware is from Amazon. You'll want an extra long hose; the "regular" length ones will be annoyingly 'just a smidgen' too short. You might also find these plumbing items at your local big box hardware stores. Yes, it's more expensive than the smaller (bulb, etc.) items but it's also faster and more efficient and you can take still it with you when you move.
