It's true, i have bigger balls than average and my testosterone level is higher, I am in a relationship but I also have several lovers that I satisfy regularly

I've never really seen a correlation with nut size and masculinity or sex drive. Mine are pretty normal size. Had an ex with massive ones and cried so much and so often that anyone would have reasonably concluded he just kept hitting them on things. Not motivated and mommy was ultimate protector.

So no, in my anecdotal sampling, they don't help for certain issues.
