Anyone into Bikram or hot Yoga here? Wanna share any experiences or impressions? What's your favorite gear for the class?

If you've never done yoga I imagine some of the poses could be difficult. Most guys in the class were shirtless with either just running shorts on or other short shorts.

i did bikram in Denver a few times. Men and women. Everyone wore as little as possible. Speedo’s in guys. Went through a series of standard asanas (poses). Sweated like mad. Instructors were helpful. Take water and water up ahead. Some leading comments in the changing room afterwards.

Denver has a great bikram studio. No shirts and yoga shorts are most common. Let me know if you’re interested - I have some free passes.
