I thought it might be fun if we all gave book recommendations. I don’t know about everyone else but I sometimes get bored of the usual. Here’s some I recommend:

“How Not to Die Alone” by Richard Roper is about a man who fakes a family to appear normal to the world until he meets a girl he really likes at his job. Really changed my perspective on life.

“Bound to Be a Groom” by Megan Mulry is a polygamist, pansexual erotica set in the early years of Spain. It’s really sexy and actually quite interesting.

You've heard of devouring a book? Firmin does, and some of literatures best and not the best become part of his world view. The author loves books. And people who love books.

Found this book shelf grazing. Happily introduced me to one of my favorite authors. Prepare to have all the emotions.

I've been on a reading binge the past few months on books with gay themes, and these have been some of my favorites:
Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin
Call Me By Your Name
by Andre Aciman
Less by Andrew Sean Greer
City of Night by John Rechy
A Boy's Own Story by Edmund White
Death in Venice by Thomas Mann
and now reading Secret Historian, The Life and Times of Samuel Steward, Professor, Tattoo artist, and Sexual Renegade by Justin Spring.

Awesome bump!

Ms @Enid - Netflix has done the adaptation to ya recommend. As the peeping has yet to happen on my end, I can't say if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Topic at hand...

I need a good book store roam. Something about browsing the shelves and the handling of books hit my soul just right.

yes to a bookstore roam. Goodwill has been depleted.

I saw Thinking of Ending Things. It’s a decent watch. But, I did not read the book. (movie was a let’s see this director night.)
It generated long conversations into the night.
