Who remembers the dude that spoke about blood flow (rate) and how it correlates to biologically determined / supported penis size

I need to know what his theory / dissertation was, I just had a realization about PE and I need more data

There is no way I'm stuck at 5" of girth, the whole reason why I'm on this website is to get to 5.5" and now I find that that's biologically impossible because my cardiovascular system is incapable of delivering that much blood safely to all my vital organs during an erection (permanent peak MSEG being higher 5.3" or higher, norm being 5.0", assuming that you can genuinely increase MSEG and not castrate your penis in the process, which I find likely)

I need whoever can remember what he was saying to post it down below, I am struggling to come to terms with this

Okay, so there may be hope for 5.5" MSEG, genuinely; but I'll probably have to just forgoe length gains entirely and focus solely on girth, which I'm perfectly okay with as my current length is a non-issue

I will be documenting everything as I go with notes and photos of findings, plus precise measurements (and additional data), but it should be doable

If anyone has any clue what his research entailed, a link would be greatly appreciated because I remember it being pretty comprehensive

TIA

Okaay have fun talking to yourself
For someone that's from country built on efficiency, you sure know how to waste people's time and energy to the max

Why would I want to repeat your mistakes and completely blow up my tunica

A bathmate is the absolute worst product to use for PE, there is no versatility and it's very easy to go overboard, evidently from so many people on here

This thread isn't even about devices, it's about blood flow and being aware of biological limitations

It's all correlated
