If you never used a butt plug start with a small one, use lots of lubes and start slowly. Your body will tell you if you go to fast. Don't force the plug in your ass as it will backfire on and then you get turned off. So go slow and you will enjoy your plug as much as I do.

I agree, start small and once you can take and enjoy it work up in size. From experience you need to check you have a decent way of retrieval, the plug needs to taper so your anal muscles hold it in place.
