Caged kings - some advice

Hey my lovely lads

I'm looking for an inescapable cock cage. My issue is that my flaccid cock can literally invert inside my body to escape the cage
I want to get it pierced so I can lock it in with the piercing but my partner is totally against getting it pierced.

Is there any other way I can lock my boy clit away and not be able to pull it out with ease?

The only one that I am aware of, is the optional "Headlock" feature of Cherry Keeper cages. I couldn't find a good illustration of it, but on this image you can see the feature's tighter opening where the head is inserted:

As a grower with a foreskin, I would like to try this out myself.
