Looks like you have a larger than average frenulum! If it becomes a problem, you might need to get your frenulum clipped, but I would urge against a full circumcision.
I dont actually think it is my frenulum because it has no distintion from my foreskin, what i think is that this is my foreskin, which is attached to the glans and my frenulum is under there somewhere
Have you always had this problem, or has it just appeared recently? It seems to be Adherent prepuce. I suggest you go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.
I also had adhesive prepuce when I was a child. Part of the foreskin stuck to the glans. I didn't deal with it in time at first. Later, the skin on the foreskin and glans seemed to have become necrotic, leaving a big black spot on the adhesion area.
Later, when people saw a black spot on my glans, I didn’t even bother to explain it, so I just said it was a birthmark.

I don’t mean to scare you, but maybe my reaction to this is exaggerated because I have had bad experiences myself.
I searched for information and found that most cases of this condition occur in childhood, and as the inner foreskin continues to separate, these adhesions usually separate on their own. By adulthood, it usually disappears completely. Adhesions should not be forcibly separated, as time and normal exploratory behavior will resolve the problem as the child grows older.
The data says that basically no disease will occur.
The potential risks of adherent prepuce are similar to those of phimosis
I think you don’t mind that you have phimosis, so adherent prepuce shouldn’t have much of an impact. If your penis is fine and painless to use, it’s fine if you don’t have to deal with it.

Yes, the frenelum on your penis looks a little bigger than normal and attached to the front of the glans whereas normally it is more underneath it.
As to whether you need to do anything about it, the UK NHS have an article on phimosis that suggests it does not need to be treated if it isn't causing a problem, i.e. you don't have to worry about getting the foreskin back to clean under it, just clean what you can get to. So, as long as:
1. You don't develop repeated bouts of a balanitis, i.e. where the skin becomes inflamed, and
2. It doesn't stop you from enjoying masturbation and/or sex
then there is no harm in leaving it as it is.

Hey, thank you for your insight, i have had it for as long as i remember, and i do mind having phimosid, i have already tried treating it with stretches and it is much better now, but that adhesion is preventing me from being able to retract the foreskin and further cure my phimosis. I have torn my foreskin a couple times during sex tho, so it is indeed a problem.
You can tear the adhesions manually, but it will be a little painful.
I ripped it open myself and it left black spots, so I don't know if that's the right thing to do.
I think that after the adhesions are torn, your foreskin opening is still too narrow and there is still a risk of tearing.

i just think im gonna contact an urologist, once i get over thos problem.i can continue with the phimosis treatment.
It's of course impossible to know, but in my opinion it looks like if you have developed some scar tissue, due to your phimosis. By all means go see your doctor about it, to be on the safe side, but you can also try applying a hydrocortisone cream to the effected area, to hopefully make it thinner and softer.

I first percé my frenulum with a need le, then i tiède my frenulum with a thread, every Day i pulled on the thread and my frenulum was free, so i can let my skin prepuce go as lo, as if i were circomciced. Hi, i would advice you to try stretching the prepuce skin all around your glan.
If you do not obtained expected résultat ask for a partial circumcision, the only disavantage is that your gland will be half covered for every.
Last point for your frenulum, you may tied it witn e need le and thread, so the skin will move much further down. Have à look of my picture, you can see exactly where my frenulum was and whereit was attaché before i cut it.
