Can you help me ID this guy?

Hello,

I've been scrolling through ThisVid and clicked on this guy:

Before and after Jock grows seriously fat - ThisVid.com
Too fat for his clothes - ThisVid.com

But I have no idea who he is? Does he actually appear anywhere? I've tried to search through a variety of social platforms trying #exjock and similar things.
Normally I'm not really into gainers, but he's so hot and cute.
