I have a Kali’s Teeth toy which is awesome. It’s a cock ring with 2 rows of really sharp spikes which dig into your shaft if you get hard at all. Some use it for chastity as the pain makes them lose their eeection, but I find I just get harder. I can only last a few minutes before the pain gets me to remove it.
