Check out American Psycho.
In the film Bale is working out in his breifs and showering, and later in the movie, chasing a woman down a hallway, covered in blood, naked, and screaming.
Of course in American Psycho Bale is thin and very lean, and in Batman Begins he has put on some weight and muscle to fill out that batman suit.
Aside from an ass-shot or two, I've never seen Bale nude...
He's my favorite actor anyway!
He plays Patrick Bateman perfectly!
