Hi guys, i found this site while looking for advice or help with questions about the penis. i haven't been getting much feedback at all and there is a major lack in active Q&A sites. i found a few involving yahoo answers but that's hit or miss. the other one is barely populated and buries your questions, and the other one flat out removes my questions. Which is odd because there are health and sexual topics and even after rewriting my question (in case it came off as 'too sexual' ) it was still removed.


I've seen a lot of different topics on these forums and i thought why not try here? lol Also doesn't hurt that i can maybe explain a little more without having to worry about these uptight Q&A sites!
so with that out of the way i have been thinking about getting circumcised and was interested in anyone's tips or point of view. Like have you been circumcised later in life or know someone who has? I'm in my 20s and I'm uncut and I've always had some insecurities about it. I'm 6 inches with about average thickness and balls. I know a lot of you guys have big cocks. I wish mine was bigger.

Since being cut is more popular in the US more women are used to it and I've always had a lot of insecurities because of it. Girls have told me that they don't care but for most of them i know they're trying to make me feel better. I haven't seen too many guys cocks in person but the ones I've seen like my friends growing up and stuff like that were always cut.

If not circumcision maybe I can cut that little piece on the underside so that i can pull back much easier. I wasn't told about pulling back for sexual activity when i was younger so maybe it would be a little looser?
I have no issue pulling back when I'm not hard. cleanliness is not an issue, everything is perfectly fine.
For a little while now I've been pulling back more and more while I'm hard to stretch it a bit and it's getting a little easier but still kinda tight around the crown.
I've been keeping my head exposed while soft here and there for a while so i can get a sense of feeling because I'm still sensitive but I'm liking the appearance of my head being exposed.

Sorry this has been such a long post. I'm basically an over thinker/worrier, and have a lot of insecurities.

If your penis is working fine then you do not need any form of surgical alteration. there are women that will reject you because you are uncut but there are women that will reject you because you are short, have no money etc.. So getting cut will not insure your success with the opposite sex (yes there are north American women that have no problem with uncut men). Like you I'm uncut but I have a lot of foreskin and yes I was insecure about it for a while especially when it came to women, but you have to start accepting yourself for who u are. Stretching your skin is way more inexpensive then getting circumcised, half circumcised or your frenulum cut( I believe getting your frenulum cut falls under cosmetic surgery so it might be more pricier than you think). What you are currently doing should suffice in stretching the skin to make it easier to role back ( doing in in warm water or warm bath helps tremendously and will prevent tearing). What ever you decide to do just make sure you are doing it for yourself and not for another person, because it's you that will deal with the consequence.

At least on this site, this is a topic that never dies. Once in a while it rises from the grave like a zombie for another round of savage beatings. You'll find many people who are pro circumcision and many who are against it. Research and decide what is best for you in conjunction with advice from your physician. My thought is that unless you have a pressing medical issue, leave it alone. It's better to deal with your insecurities than physically alter your body. It's not like the Dr can put it back if you change your mind after the fact. I hope it works out for you either way.

Having yourself circumcised in order to fit in with what you think women want, is never going to improve your situation. Because, what women want, is a man who is confident in themselves, willing to communicate, be honest, be attentive, be responsive, and treat them the way they desire.

Being circumcised in the US is done before the guys even know that they have a penis. It isn't more popular, but just more common.

If you want to have it done for health reasons, or functionality reasons, or a real desire for the desensitizing of your cockhead, then consider it. But, if you want to get cut for reasons of attracting women (or men), or fear that you may be different in bed, my suggestion is that you EMBRACE your foreskin and ENJOY your sexual power. If there are medical issues I would encourage you to do it, but you may want to get some more miles on the meter before you opt for the surgery. Thanks for all the opinions! So what do you think of getting the little frenulum piece snipped instead of getting fully cut? This would allow full range of pulling back without being cut.

Please have a long discussion with your surgeon about the cut you will feel comfortable getting. Ask the surgeon if he uses stitches or glue. In my opinion you should prefer glue less scare and usually more rapid healing. Please discuss any and all questions you may have with your doctor/surgeon. My circumcision was done over a long lunch hour in a Doctor Office really an out patient surgery center. Healing was about 3 weeks. Sex was non-existent as my girlfriend at the time would not even look at it and would not even consider a blow-job. Masterbation after about the first week and a half or so has to be very carefull. You will get that all figured out though I am sure. After about 3 weeks everything was pretty much normal as before circumcision. Remember though, it is your penis and you just came here and ask the questions. YOU ONLY NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO ANSWERS OF YOUR QUESTIONS not all the bullshit thrown in to the thread and you will see plenty bullshit with this topic at this sight. I wish I would have been cut at birth or shortly after that time but it did not happen then. I am very happy with what I ended up with all these years later. Go for just the frenulum if you feel you must do something to let your hood easily slide over your head. Since I was circumcised at birth, I don't know the feeling, but every single uncut guy I know says that the feeling of your hood sliding back and forth over your head is the best feeling ever.
