Considering a penal piercing

So I'm 30M and considering a penal piercing. Any tips or pros/cons from people that have/had it I'd appreciate. Also on my mind about it is I'm a larger guy so not sure if my weight will affect the healing process or general process of having a penal piercing there.

You'd probably be much happier with a penile piercing. To get a penal piercing, I think you'd have to serve a term in prison.
