LOL ...my boyfriend when I was 19, whom was 19 definitely prooves the complete opposite of every thing you just said. He actually really looks like Cormac. Similar racial background similar looks similar height and I would guess similar other things LOL nothing underdeveloped there. Of course he might be still growing but I doubt that. Aside from him, I can think of several other examples. Nature has decidedly made that college age group for men to be the height of sexual desire and activity. This usually comes with the right equipment by then. In any case one of the stereotypes of tall skinny guys with big feet and exaggerated features almost always is actually true. There is a reason why the age of consent is always by 18 no matter where you are in the world because you couldn't stop them if you tried. Nothing is 100%, but I just don't see where are you got those ideas. I personally avoid that age group opting for men preferably over 25 if not 30 simply because they are and can be so flaky because of that drive. I might miss out on the exuberance but it's really not worth the heartache that invariably comes from having to deal with someone being driven by their hormones nearly 100% of the time. While not everybody is fully grown by then, most of them are and are the most willing in their entire lives to use it.
