Hey all 40 mwm here. 6'4, currently clocking 214, but hit a stupid 226 around Christmas. I'm running about 10 miles a week and hoping to drop down to 185.
However... once that happens, I want to tone myself.... honestly a six pack has always been an elusive, bucket list goal of mine. Am I too old or is it still possible? Additionally I REALLY want to develop some good looking pecs. Those two things always seem to make my wife wet and horny (and I like looking at them as well!) so I was wondering what advice there is...
Followed up by... there's a crunch fitness we have opening in our area in a few months... Considering it has a sauna (which planet fitness doesn't) and is super cheap... any thoughts on using that to help meet my goals (while also enjoy some sights in the sauna?)
Any tips on my body or what you'd recommend I target would be appreciated as well!
