Looked through his social media history and he seems to be a fan of drag, even guest appeared on dragula as a judge

He's been experimenting with his fashion a lot lately. Painting his nails too (though he's done that for a while)
Usually not attracted to androgyny (no particular reason), but he manages to pull off any and every feminine look I've seen him in. Doesn't feel disingenuous at all.
He hosts a podcast with himself and guests in coffins. It's certainly a choice.
