I saw the video for the first time right now and what I thought I was going to see is completely different from how he sexes that girl up. I thought he'd be thoughtful and maybe even caress her, but that was rough and detached fucking.

I just browsed the court documents on Docket for United States v. ELLIOTT ATWELL, 1:20-mj-01010 - CourtListener.com and it says there was a guilty plea back in October of last year.
I think you're right it was the distribution, but maybe the charges were expanded.
